Field Trip Calculation Form

Please print and complete a Field Trip Calculation Form to determine the amount required to cover transportation and expenses for your class field trip. The PTA reimbursement amount is $12 per student for the 2023-2024 school year. You may leave the form in the PTA mailbox, give it to the PTA Treasurer, or leave it with the staff in the front office.
